I am afraid none of the “front runners” can win. Sarah is great, but has already been marginalized and painted as a joke (and her little reality show gig makes her look even less serious), Romney is actually a democrat, Huckabee has a Willie Horton problem and is not presidential, Gingrich was great 15 years ago, but has too much personal baggage.
The second tier candidates look much better, but are unknown.
This is the problem.
the mainstream narrative about Sarah Palin is a false caricature.
People who say that as of today, the media narrative is unable to be changed seem very fatalistic at this point.
Opinions can and do change. Sarah is actually lucky, as she has the truth on her side and is not the dim bulb she is made out to be. Far from it.
And I’m not comparing her to Reagan, but they said exactly the same things about him (B-actor just reading his lines, a dunce without an original thought. Bedtime for Bonzo!)
They will ridicule and demean any true conservative.
So you have to decide, can we be tough enough to weather the onslaught of derision from the leftist elites (as Sarah has proven to be, with a smile on her face) or should we just go along with the establishment squish...the Ford’s, Doles, McCains and Romneys?
It’s a choice that I have no trouble making.
You can hold out hope for that amazing ‘white knight’ to ride in from obscurity to lead us out of this mess...but where the heck have they been as Obama was destroying this nation? It’s a pipe dream. The nominee will come from the names already mentioned. There will be no dark horse savior. And Sarah Palin is the most qualified of the bunch.
