Then any non-citizen without a passport can be send back to their country of origin.
I know of a couple that took their somewhere around 9 yr old daughter to visit the dad's parents in Mexico. They got a passport for her.
I think there was some talk about starting to require a passport to visit Mexico.
A reciprocal agreement would be great.

Sounds like status quo to me.
Notice there’s no mention of deporting illegals with criminal histories. Only those charged with felonies as opposed to illegal entry.

Once their visa expires, ICE doesn't care ~ they're just another visa-less illegal alien ~ and there are too many for ICE to handle.
So, what we need to do is make sure that every single illegal in the country, and their children, get automatic visas ~ as they enter the country!
That way, since the visa is still valid ICE can handle them harshly.
First visa is one I call "VISITOR2". This is for everyone who comes in without a visa, or overstays a visa, or who is deported. All Visitor2 visaholders MUST prove they have medical insurance.
The second visa is called "STUDENT2". It's much like VISITOR2, but is otherwise exactly like any other Student visa ~ the first requirement of which is that you must prove you have medical insurance.
BTW, as visa holders (Whether VISITOR2 or STUDENT2) these people, and their dependents, are not eligible to receive welfare but Student2 visaholders can work no more than 20 hours per month. That's there to make sure none of them die and just lie around on the sidewalks and stuff.
Also, NO STUDENT VISA HOLDER OF ANY KIND may receive tuition at an IN STATE RESIDENT RATE.
I think that's sufficiently disruptive but it would serve to make lawful visitors legally the equal of the illegals!

Those numbers are seriously wrong. How do I know? If you took those ratios and multiplied by population, it would show that the federal government is running at a surplus. It isn't. The US Government is running a $1.3 trillion dollar annual cash deficit - and more than a $5 trillion dollar annual GAAP deficit.
Um...crossing the border without permission after deportation IS a FELONY....
