Governor Paterson has made one more major policy decision before he leaves office tonight. The Democrat is announcing a deal with the federal Immigrations and Customs Enforcement to take a hands-off approach to illegal aliens without serious criminal records. The agreement calls for ICE to move to deport illegal immigrants charged with felonies--instead of those whose only crime is illegally crossing the border.

So we basically have a sanctuary state. California and New York deserve all they bring on themselves. Unfortunately, the rest of us will end up paying for it.
This deal has to be illegal....Can’t see where he gets the authority.
Beyond that they have no interest in immigration and naturalization issues.

Section 1. Members of the legislature, and all officers, executive and judicial, except such inferior officers as shall be by law exempted, shall, before they enter on the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of New York, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of ......, according to the best of my ability;"

If Arizona can’t enforce their legally passed laws then the Governor of NY can’t make any declarations that have NOT passed a vote.
If DemoRATS in New York and California keep this sh!t up, they are going to make “fly over country” decide to uphold
the constitution in the good “old fashioned” way.
NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Gov.-Elect Andrew Cuomo is hitting the ground running as he prepares to start his new job on Jan. 1, 2011. He’s even getting an early start. Cuomo will take the oath of office two hours early at 10 p.m. on Friday. His early oath will allow his three daughters to watch.
Its now illegal to enforce the law.
Democrats know illegals vote for Democrats as they did in Nevada for Harry Reid, Boxer in California, Jerry Brown in California etc.
If we don’t deport illegals soon then the whole U.S. will be to the left of what California is now. This is the number one issue. Why don’t people see that?

Democrats sure do have a tendency to crap in their nest and walk away for someone else to clean it up.
People are too busy with going to the movies, football games, playing video games, and other forms of entertainment to have to worry about that silly stuff.
Actually, if they keep this up, we're going to require passports for them to enter the US. They won't be considered citizens and their drivers licenses won't be accepted as proof of legal residency.
