HOUSTON -- Homicide investigators said a welding torch is the likely weapon used in 12-year-old Jonathan Foster's death, Local 2 Investigates reported Friday.

"We're talking crematorium-type of hot," said one Houston Police Department Homicide Squad officer assigned to the investigation.

Police said they confiscated a badly burned section of carpet from the home of Mona Yvette Nelson, 44, who stands charged with capital murder.

She had a welding background and police found welding equipment in her home on Allwood Street in the Fifth Ward area of Northeast Houston. Police said a section of carpet was badly burned and the smell of a human body filled the area around that carpet.

Um, actually, if convicted this year, she’s likely to be executed within the next ten years. We don’t do dietarily correct in Texas. Texas prisons are not pleasant places to stay.

Heh, no way in hell I would support that idiot. However unfortunate, he has the right to express his views. And we have the right to (in vast numbers) drown him out by expressing ours. Loudly.

The problem isn’t the idiots of his class. It’s that so often people don’t shout them down.

Please dispel any idea that you are somehow supporting Quanell X. It's not too much of a stretch to believe that she was swayed by him and his "activism".

Sorry, should have said, "Please dispel any idea that you are somehow supporting defending Quanell X. It's not too much of a stretch to believe that she was swayed by him and his "activism".

Serial killer sounds about right. I’d be checking into other missing persons cases.

The media wouldn’t like it because serial killers are supposed to be white males.

That I wouldn’t doubt. On the other hand, as much as I wish the guy would die in a fire, nobody’s been able to prove the guy’s done anything illegal. Yet.

That said, I think eventually this idiot is going to wind up missing or found floating in one of the nearby bayous. He’s becoming an embarrassment to some of the other race-baiters in Houston.

You could move to Europe. Think she’d get the death penalty there? How about Canada? Mexico?

Why do you continue live in America? Because every place else is worse maybe?

If she’s found guilty I think the death penalty is pretty much guaranteed in this one.

I would love to be on the jury but I am afraid my old heart could not take the trial.

Actually, he has. That quote above is inciting violence. Were a white man to stand there and say that about blacks he'd be in jail. It just goes to show that we are in real trouble here in the U.S.

The worst thing Obama has done to this nation is increased the divisiveness among groups to the breaking point. His choices to ignore hate when it suits him is feeding the fires of angst and hate among minorities. Obama and his form of ghetto justice and reason are destroying any unity we had in the U.S.

Pretty sad situation. Justice needs to be reinstated in this country across the board. Race, wealth, political connections should NOT be deciding factors on executing justice. I do not understand why we can not return to a strict code of law. Injustice leads the people to allow theo-political systems like Islam to become established. Then, it goes from bad to worse.

Unfortunately, under Texas law that stops *just* short of it.

And white supremacists (just as Q-X is a black supremacist) have said that about blacks in Texas, in public rallies, and not gone to jail for it. Ridiculed, yes, but not gone to jail.

‘It was a “dead look,” the investigator said. “Anything but remorse … Stone cold without a soul.”’

That’s called the Thousand Mile Stare Of Death. It’s extremely popular with the Muzzies! Any time you see a mug shot of Muzzie who has been captured after committing an act of terrorism 99 times out of 100 has the same look.

This is Houston, Texas. The jury won’t deliberate long. This pile of excrement will be strapped on the well-worn gurney in Huntsville in record time. We elect judges in Texas for just such a case as this.

This guy needs to go missing, not turn up dead. The last thing we want to give these groups is another martyr to “inspire” them.

Taken from an earlier article. This "girl" is psycho.

Nelson told community activist Quanell X that police need to take a closer look at Jonathan's stepfather.

"She said she's not a child killer and she would never do this," community activist Quanell X said.

Quanell X said that Nelson told him she feels wrongly accused and that Davis had a hand in the boy's death.

Mona Yvette Nelson

"She said the stepfather, David, paid her $20 to dispose of a container, and in that container she later learned it was the child's body," said Quanell X.

Davis said Friday that Nelson's claim is false.

"Whatever, man," Davis said. "I would never hurt that boy. That was my son."

On Thursday, Davis said he barely knew Nelson.

"I don't know her. I saw her before, though. She looks like a dude," he said.

Investigators said they believe that Nelson acted alone.

To keep our children safe: that must be our first priority.

This is my greatest concern about the decadence that has overwhelmed the United States. Most people cannot imagine the horrors that will follow if the U.S.A. should fall.

There is no limit to the depth of human depravity, as this horrifying tragedy demonstrates. Never forget this.

But never forget this either: There is no limit to the heights of human goodness and heroism. To what extents would you have gone to save this child from what happened if you could have? This is my point.

There are more of us than there are of them, but most people cannot imagine or even believe the horrors the world can deliver.

If America continues in its decline, the horrors that will occur are unspeakable.

Be afraid, but be corageous, and take meaningful action. Truth is our greatest ally. We must defeat the forces of evil and decadence. We must bring America into a renaissance of ascendancy.

The American people can do it. The question is this: Will they?

I’d prefer that, but seeing as how the people who are likely to off him are on his side of the political fence at the moment, I wouldn’t expect them to be any more competent at this than at anything else.

Also, you can’t ever tell for certain what the gators in the bayous will do. :P
