Good question. It was brought up when the bill became law on 01/11. CA put the onus on websites to vet who’s there I’m guessing. I’m thinking that you have to have a valid address and phone number entered before you get access(???).

The muslims will meet resistance there. Mexico won't give up its territory so easily.
