Exactly what happened with my grandmother. She thought she was done. Her youngest at the time was 4. Back in those days, this was considered quite the town scandal. Same husband and all but by 50 you were expected to be just a grandmother. Of course, Irish Catholics are sort of known for their fertility.

First of all, God forbid it is true...
Second, there is a good chance at her age that the baby would have Downs. I hate to think what they would do....

That said; don't believe she is pregnant; nor that she would look in any way appealing. . .being pregnant. Her stomach and hips/legs et al. . .are big enough - and so are her shoulders, for that matter; anything added to Michelle's volume; would be a PR risk, IMHO.
OTOH. . .it is 'their' base; i.e. those who have only a vacuum; where a brain should be. So. . .who knows what they might try.
(Actually, could see rumors being invited/encouraged at some point - not too far from 2012; and then reports made, that Michelle (albeit not pregnant) 'lost' baby; so they would at least have a 'sympathy' vote. And she would never have to get 'authentically' larger - than life.)
