Maybe? This used to be common knowledge in the handing of the weaker sex. Since Western men internalized feminism, they can no longer deal with women.

British Muslims may appear physically weaker and less intelligent, but they understand that all women secretly yearn for the control of a man. This fundamental principle of womanhood cuts across all boundaries of race, class, and education. If Western man is unwilling to fulfill his responsibility of exercising masculine authority, his women will go find someone else who will.

Strengths, weaknesses, wisdom, and foolishness are prevalent in both sexes. The primal moral and sex instincts, however, might be driving the statistics mentioned in the article.

I don’t consider women to be “the weaker sex”, nor a segment of society that needs to be handled. These issues could be taken up under the topic of chivalry which is sorely absent in the New Age.
