Did you not know he worked in DOD? According to Lt. Co. McInnery, who appears on FOX said from the get go that this should have been immediately assigned to the FBI because of his work and security clearance. He was an expert in Bio/Chemical/Cyber Warfare. I did not until a few hours ago. This is HUGE.
