The indictment alleged that Sterling, retaliating for the CIA's refusal to settle on favorable terms his discrimination claims, disclosed information about the program.

Maybe a homo. They get into hissy fits and are known to retaliate. Of course, that is not a legitimate reason to prevent homos from jobs that require security clearances.
