Several years ago in my state a jailed child molester (youngest was 18 months) underwent involuntary surgery performed by several inmates using the top of a can that had been smuggled out of the prison kitchen. I can sure understand that solution.

I understand what you're saying, but the offending organ in the sex predator is not the penis or the testicles. but the brain. A man so perverted that he wants to rape a kid will do it with any object that comes to hand.

That's why they need to be separated from society forever. I keep hoping space exploration would find us a possible exile planet.
