IMHO all of this rhetoric is also trying to set up a legal defense for the shooter monster. I predict we'll hear plenty more of this drivel come trial time. It's the only defense available to his lawyer as an insanity one probably wont work because of his premeditated behavior. A competent judge wont even let his defense go near a "the right made me do it" defense but I fear that's what we're going to get.
