Pretty darn quick. I didn't see a posting time but I did find this quote:
"Dupnik said that [Judge John] Roll, whom he described as "one of the finest human beings I ever met in my life," had stopped by Giffords' event on his way home from Mass, which he attended daily."
Is it possible that Dupnik feels great guilt for letting the shooter wander loose to kill his friend?
