They should worry about fatties and seniors, not guns.

I don't recall ever hearing about snow in HI. So much for global warming...

A friend who is a professional carpenter told us, over drinks, about having accepted a contract to do some construction & remodeling work at a nudist colony. His descriptions of the denizens were both disgusting and hilarious.
I’ve been burned at the range by hot brass that slipped between my shirt buttons. I don’t even want to think about....
You have to dress properly. You have to wear a T-shirt and a long sleeved shirt buttoned at the neck. Plus ear plugs and safety glasses. (ok, I know you don’t use those two items when hunting). When I shoot I always take the most right hand shooting table, never take the one to your left.
I do dress pretty carefully when shooting, including a baseball cap (always!). I started wearing a pullover sweatshirt though rather than a long-sleeved dress shirt after having had rounds land in my pocket a couple of times, and then one sneaky little .380 shell casing found its way between the top two buttons of my shirt. That’ll wake you up. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to (quickly) lay the pistol down before retrieving the little bugger.
Sounds like a fun day. Took my son once and he kept getting .22 brass bouncing off his head. He was to my right.
I used to try to get the aisle on the extreme left side of the range, but now we’ve got a state-of-the-art facility here with protected booths and computer-controlled target runners. Very cool stuff.
Our range has cement tables at the 100yd. range. We do have a 200 and 300yd range but can’t be used if others are on the 100yd range because you kinda shoot over them.
