President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will be in Tucson Wednesday to attend the "Together We Thrive: Tucson and America" event at the McKale Memorial Center on the University of Arizona campus. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. MST (8 p.m. EST) with doors opening at 4 p.m. MST (6 p.m. EST).
According to a university news release, organizers are expecting thousands of people to attend. If the 14,000-seat arena reaches capacity, overflow seating will be available at the university's football stadium. Video of the memorial will be shown on the scoreboard's big screen.

Odd title. I don’t think I’ll tune in to see how he makes it work. I can think of 19 people and their extended families who aren’t particularly “thriving” at the moment - some more, or less, than others. Interesting.

AND, the event is being described as “a defining moment in Obama’s presidency”.... I don’t give a hoot what comes out of worm-breaths mouth. This is nothing but politics for him and his merry band of lowlifes.

I would imagine most Americans will think it’s disgusting that Obama and the media are trotting out his bounce in the polls before funerals are even held. Celebrating while others grieve is disgraceful.
