To propagandize on the new appropriate safety measures needed since they'll claim others in government are threatened, "we have proof, this has been ongoing, but can't tell you", etc

In my opinion, 2 security services heads are there to advertise and promote new infringements on freedom that will be coming down the pipeline. What else can it be? They see a perfect opportunity.
