well that must of been some surprise to the mugger. one moment thinking he’s gonna make a quick buck, the next leaking a whole lotta life juice.

I found some interesting comments over here too:
The comments pretty much fill the spectrum from people are tired of violent thugs and the dead mugger deserved what he got to accusations that the jogger was "hood fishing" -trying to bait some thug into robbing him just so he could kill someone.
They're having quite a lively debate over there.
I liked the different comments. What awful formatting though
In my home state (Missouri) if you shoot someone in valid self defense and the “victim’s” family sues, they automatically lose,AND have to pay all court costs. That’s per my CCW class instructors (one ex police chief and one retired Navy SEAL) June 2010. Let’s hope Florida’s statutes re: self defense shootings are the same.
