"It's just crazy." That's the comment made Tuesday by a state lawmaker from Louisville, pointing out Kentucky and Texas are the only two states to allow guns in their state Capitol.

I know that is a lie, because it is legal in New Hampshire, and may be in other states as well.

In other words, the liberals want only criminals to have guns in the state Capitol.

The lawmaker in Tennessee may not have known that the new Republican majority in New Hampshire just revoked the ban put in place about 18 months ago by, you guessed it, the Democrats. It seems that the Democratic reps were uncomfortable with a tradition going back in history that people could enter the State House carrying their firearms.

Steve Beshear is KY’s Democratic Governor.

They think differently in the Bluegrass State from the rest of the country.

They have never had problems with guns carried into the statehouse.

These people have no clue that the American people are the sovereign, do they? They think they are the ruling class, tell us little low-brows what to do and how to live our lives. They should live in fear of an armed citizenry. And yes I stand by that in light of AZ.

Guns in the capital are OK, but a little less than half an hour South East, you still can’t carry at UK’s campus. Ridiculous! Gun free zones do not equate to crime free zones.

Unless they changed it recently, you can carry in the MN Capitol as well. You must have your carry license and you must notify Security in writing before your visit.

Knowing the current "Governor", this may be getting changed soon, although I hope not. I think it is a good reminder to those sitting in Congress that there are limits on their power.
