Usually they are on the same page and have their canned responses down pat. All that coverin’ up must be getting to them.

They are slipping.

Or, there’s no telling how many you may have to shoot to get a clear shot at the judge that you were aimed at...

And even as he changed out the defective magazine for a fresh one, his finger remained jammed...

Did anyone say that he had reloaded at any time during this?

How did he shoot all those people?

Is it possible some bullets shot at one, entered another?

very odd unanswered questions

I am sure Sheriff Dumbstruck will have the answers very soon. /sarc

Yes, this shooter certainly will not be able to testify - EVER!

You can bet that they will remain unasked and unanswered, just like all the questions surrounding the demolition of the Murah building.

Did Nanny Pelosi point out that the collapse of the twin towers of the World Trade Center was a tragic accident?

The 9 is greatly lacking the power and penetration characteristics to allow more than one victim from a single round.

Thank God the shooter was especially lacking knowledge and back ground and chose the 9. Had he been well schooled, he would have chosen one of the heavier rounds and the death tole would have been much higher.

The greatest atrocity here, was the MSM and the DNC using this incident as a way to score political points with the public. They were also able to launch MaObama’s new campaign slogan “Together We Thrive”. Of course, they want us to believe that Marxist/Fascism replacing Capitalism is what makes a society “thrive”.

They managed to pull it off and make Conservatives look violent and intolerant. The MSM will hammer the public with this theme from here on to the election.

It is very strange also that there seems to be no curiosity about this Federal Judge and the active cases he was ruling on or soon to be ruling on. I think I heard they brought a judge in from California to replace him. Well Golleeee!

I don’t even see much about the Judge mentioned on the right.

Maybe because we just want it all to end, but still. We are in the grips of the most corrupt and lethal administration since Clinton and people are so willing to buy what is said on TV.

I might be wrong, but I think I heard he had something added on to that gun. I could have heard wrong, I guess.

I also would to be too convinced they were successful in their endeavor to brand us as you say they did.

They tried, the outcome remains to be seen when the dust settles.

ACCIDENT?? What, a complete crazy just happened to write a note mention that he was planning to assassinate Giffords, stop by for a meet&greet with her and his evil firearm just randomly started spraying bullets everywhere??

You heard wrong. He had an optional magazine that allows for more rounds than a standard one does. There are optional sights that use laser pointers, etc, but there are no modifications that can be made to increase that pistol model’s capability.

I agree.

The public is so brain dead that they cannot remember who the Vice President is. This thing will blow over like all the other media fabricated sh*t storms.

After the economy crashes again and fuel prices go over $5, the focus will go back to damage control again and keep the EneMedia busy.

I just heard that security was going to be really high at the funeral for the Judge today. Oh Really?

Do you think a few Federal Judges got the message?

Most judges wear body armor, and are cautious as to where they show up in public.

Judge Roll was definitely set up.

BTW, this “incident” wasn’t a “tragedy”(3), nor was 9/11. The proper word is “atrocity”(1).
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Finally, someone (else) has the gonads to say that.

The abuse of the word “tragedy”(3) by the pc crowd drives me nutz.
Like you correctly state these things are an atrocity (1). Atrocious(2) acts committed by maniacs.

(1) Atrocity - noun
a) the quality or state of being atrocious.
b) an atrocious act, thing, or circumstance.

(2) Atrocious - adjective
a) extremely or shockingly wicked, cruel, or brutal: an atrocious crime.
b) shockingly bad or tasteless; dreadful; abominable: an atrocious painting; atrocious manners.

3) tragedy - noun
a) a dramatic composition, often in verse, dealing with a serious or somber theme, typically that of a great person destined through a flaw of character or conflict with some overpowering force, as fate or society, to downfall or destruction.
b) a lamentable, dreadful, or fatal event or affair; calamity; disaster: the tragedy of war.

A head-on Train Crash is a 'tragedy'. A volcano erupting and wiping out a village is a 'tragedy'. But a 'tragedy' is NOT some lunatic killing and/or shooting up a group of people.
