We should ban government. It has no civilian utility except to take our taxes and make our lives miserable.

***As we noted yesterday, the 30-round magazine that Jared Lee Loughner employed to create so much carnage last Saturday has no civilian utility.***

Nothing but an attempted gun grab. Patrick Sherrill, armed with two Natonal Guard issued .45 ACP pistols (7 round magazines each) killed 14 people at the post office in Edmond, OK in 1986.

He obviously didn’t need a 30 round magazine to do his dirty work.
