I say let him do it, hopefully make millions, then, let the widow of the man he murdered, sue him for all he is worth.

Seriously doesn’t she have any recourse? Can she take any of this money?

While Texas does have a "Son of Sam" law, repeated court cases have cast serious doubt as to whether these types of laws are Constitutional.

However next to nothing will stand in the way of a wrongful death civil suit filed by the family (think O.J. Simpson).

Its remains a real possibility that the family of the fallen officer can sue to attach any proceeds the murderer might realize with regards to the sale of these T-Shirts.
