I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the left pays a price for this. The left always suffers when people are able to see it for what it really is, and that’s what happened during this episode. It was hugely revealing.
The CBS poll the other day showing that people weren’t buying the left’s narrative may have understated things. At Powerline they have a Quinnipiac poll that shows people *really* aren’t buying it:

Normal folk are kinda turned off from “The One”. That memorial service was a cross between U2 and the Black Eyed Peas. Everybody got a T-Shirt to Boot!
I don’t know about any permanent damage to the left. They’re constantly being exposed as liars and frauds, but that doesn’t faze them. They just keep throwing the same slime.
