Dexter King's brother and sister sued him in July 2008, accusing him of acting improperly as head of the their father's estate, which the three of them control as a private corporation...

According to the settlement agreement, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural D. Glanville has declared the siblings "deadlocked" as shareholders and will appoint a temporary custodian who will run King Inc. and work with them to determine the future of the corporation

MLK had no money, the money they are fighting over is your tax dollars that go to the memorial each year.

They’ve been doing this for DECADES —the surviving family is VERY well-known for this.

Not only are they fractious, but their greed reaches to the heavens; if you want to play more than 10 seconds or so of the, “I have a Dream” speech, you must pay them verrrry hefty licensing fees, or you will have phalanxes of lawyers at your doors, pronto.

Everyone has heard those 10 seconds, but outside of a few public schools rarely is the whole speech aired, save for on MLK Day.
