It's my opinion that a libertarian mindset of "legalize everything, it will eventually level out - because we don't need any oversight" is just wrong on multiple levels.

At root, that mindset makes bad behavior the basis on which society is built, and dismisses any attempts for good people to define the conditions of where they live.

It's the logical endpoint of a selfish and infantile philosophy that in effect promotes rights without responsibility.
