Yes, and unfortunately, I think we're going to find that MOST GOP politicians - even otherwise conservative ones - do, since that's the "pro-business" position, and heaven forfend that conservatives take a stance that doesn't promote the bottom line of globalist businessmen uber alles (same general idea applies to trade issues, btw).
The Tea Party has started the ball rolling, but over the next year and a half, we need to make the GOP have a come to Jesus moment about this and some other issues. The GOP leadership needs to be made to understand that if they hope to win, they need to keep and expand their share of the sshhhhhhh *looks around furtively* white vote. I know Steve Sailer isn't popular with the management around here, but the fact remains that when the GOP follows the "Sailer Strategy," they win, when they pander to minority voters, they lose.
