Running again? Who is he kidding? He’ll be 80 and going for another 6 year term? Lugar needs to retire.

Yes he is running again. I received a petition to sign for Lugar to be on the primary ballot. I guess he has to have so many signatures. Perhaps it was simply a fund raiser as it had a donation portion with the petition.
