The family of a 15-year-old Mexican boy is suing the U.S. Border Patrol for wrongful death and civil rights violations.
The lawsuit filed in El Paso, on Monday, is on behalf of the family of Sergio Adrian Hernández Guereca and they are seeking $25 million in damages from the U.S. government. The agency has not released the name of the agent involved in the shooting.
The Border Patrol agent allegedly shot Hernández on June 7 while trying to arrest illegal immigrants crossing the bed of the Rio Grande. According to the lawsuit, FBI spokeswoman Andrea Simmons has said a group of people on the Mexican side were throwing rocks at agents. Agents are generally permitted to use lethal force against rock throwers.

Consider the source....AP will not stand behind American Law Enforcement. The Border harassment that our law enforcement must put up with would not happen in any other country. Political correctness lets these so called children, who act as adults, get away with murder, real murder.
Of course they will deny rock throwing....just as the al Qaeda always denies any wrong doing....and our spineless courts/lawyers & judges are not protecting our own.

It turns out this kid, 15,was a known smuggler of illegals. He got caught in the crossfire. We Americans should be putting smugglers and the Mexican Mafia in court and throw the book at them .

Agents are generally permitted to use lethal force against rock throwers. Look for that to change. Also, I expect that the 0bama regime's Departments of Social Justice and Homeland Insecurity will aid the plaintiffs as much as possible.

Well sure, this can be resolved as soon as there's some resolution to the DEATH of a Border Patrol agent who was gunned down by AK-47 wielding illegals. Sure, he shot back, but thanks to Janet Nepolitano he was required to shoot BEAN BAGS first. So, naturally he lost that fight.
Square that one away, and the hundreds of other similar cases, THEN I will care about lawsuits like this.

The family shyster, bloodsucking lawyers that smelled a kill in the waters, of a 15-year-old Mexican boy is suing the U.S. Border Patrol for wrongful death and civil rights violations.Fixed it for ya.
Not the best grammatically...but then, you know the MSM.
Of course, it goes without saying that the family of the little bas...uh, er, model child, would not have the knowledge and contacts to initiate a suit of this nature on their own.

Assault with a potentially deadly weapon.
Case closed.
...Unless, the Border Patrol wants to take action.
The Border Patrol should counter sue the family $25 million for wasting the time of the United States Border Patrol and for attempting to murder one of our officers.

Some law firm could make their name by filing a counter-suit against Mexico for the killed Border Control agents.

Family of Dead Mexican Teen Files $25 Million Suit against Border Patrol I'd like to file a $25 million suit against the family for harboring a thug son who endangered my Border Patrol and ran drugs into my country.
To: yoe
I think I’ll start a rumor (south of the border) that this family was already given five million, cash, in secret, and that they have it hidden in their home.

Ok we will subtract it from these year’s tab of $50 billion that Mexico owes us for the care, feeding, housing, schooling, medicating and incarcerating of illegal aliens. So Mexico still owes us $49,000,075,000

Maybe the US should sue to get the bullet back.

“He got caught in the crossfire.”
Not exactly.
He was caught running back and forth across the border and then pelted/stoned the Border Patrol Agents. . .even after one of them drew down on him in an effort to get him to stop.
He was throwing rocks, a lethal weapon, at the Agents and an Agent shot him exactly like he should have.
FBI report supports the Agent. The Messiah and Big Sis Nappy-Pants should publicly support the Agent and tell mexico to go pound sand.

Indeed. The Agent that was killed recently by the murdering bandits operating along the AZ borders, that Agent, along with his partners, were armed with shotguns loaded with bean-bag rounds. Not kidding. They had their sidearms (.40 cal) armed and ready, but due to Wash DC HQ restrictions, their primary weapon when taking down the AK-47-toting bandits was the bean-bag round.
