This may be the scariest woman I’ve ever seen. She might be able to run the ovens in old Poland.

Bingo; they exist because they collect premiums.

Pre-existing conditions insurance was always available, but the cost of it was prohibitive for most average people.

Pre-existing conditions insurance may be available under Obamacare, but it will NOT be free, and the cost of it will surely be prohibitve for most of us criminals who will have to be jailed and fined for not being able to comply with Obama’s edicts. Just call me Jailbird Twinkie.

Obie thought up a good number there. No, Obie doesn’t think, any more than Charlie McCarthy thought. Edgar Bergen did his thinking and the likes of Soros or several Soroses do Obie’s.

The news release also noted that up to 30 percent of people under age 65 who are in good health today “are likely to develop a pre-existing condition over the next eight years

Someone needs to think that statement through. How can a condition be "pre-existing" if I haven't developed it yet???

Yep, it’s just socialized medicine.

So is the so-called federal program FEMA calls "flood insurance". It is not insurance, it is a contract with the Federal government where the Federal government pays people who have their properties flooded. The program has never sound from an actuary standpoint. Time and time again Congress pours billions in to the program after catastrophic losses. right out of the US Treasury. It is a huge loser for the taxpayers. All of whom pay insurance premiums via income taxes.

The FEMA/NFIP Federal flood insuranc program essentially covers pre-existing conditions too because it writes the so-called "insurance" in areas that are going to flood.

The government has no business being in the insurance business.

109 million Libtards? Who would have thought? And besides, Liberalism is an incurable mental illness, not to be paid for under DeathCare.

Uhhh, isn't that the same 129-million people, over 65, who are slated to go before the "death panels" under obamacare? Why should he give a toot who among them is insured or not?

DEATH PANELS

There is a rate for a burning building. I learned that in my first insurance class in college. The rate is the replacement cost plus all necessary administraive costs to cover taxes, commissions etc. for the insurance comapny. Which would equate to somewhere around 130% of the actual insurance amount.

This HHS “study” gets released just when the healthcare debate gets under way? Man, oh man, why can’t Repubs ever do propaganda this way? Or maybe they do, but the “media” buries and ignores it (wouldn’t want to influence anyone now, would we?).

And my house could be hit by an asteroid.

You could be kicked off the insurance roles if you stop paying you payments - does that make "being poor" a pre-existing condition that now needs to be covered?

You are exactly right. Being poor is a pre-existing condition the will most certainly deny a person new coverage - no could be to it.
