When I moved to Bucks County in 1990 the town I live in was solidly Republican. As more and more transplants moved in from New Jersey and New York our elections started to tighten up. Our last local election put the Rats in charge. I understand exactly what people in the South are saying about people from the Northeast bringing their liberal politics with them.
