SNIPPET: “SPOKANE, Wash.(AP) — U.S. District Court officials named the man arrested in connection with the MLK day bomb plot.
They say suspect Kevin Harpham, 36, will appear in federal court at 3:30 P.M. Wednesday in Spokane.”
