I saw the interview on TV when it happened. It really was the most incoherent interview I have ever seen of someone who was neither high nor drunk. Republicans in his district, please oust him in the primary next time around.

Hold on.

Is this the guy who debated NC about earmarks?

Listen: the Constitution says NO MONEY can be spent without a law authorizing the expenditure being passed by Congress.

The argument FOR earmarks is a valid one: it forces the executive (in this case, the monstrously DANGEROUS executive) to use $x for x-project.

The alternative (NO earmarks at all) is for the Congress to say, “Hussein, we’ll authorize $x for the Department of the Interior. You spend it as you see fit.”

That is a very bad option.

Now earmarks ADDED ON after $x has been allocated, THOSE are things I think we all agree should be cut out, or voted on individually...but no less than extremely conservative Senator James Inhofe of Oklahoma is a staunch defender of the right of Congress to determine HOW the taxpayer’s money is spent...in fact, it is their Constitutional duty under Article I.

Any “Republican” that does not enthusiastically support the repeal of Obamacare needs to be ousted.

Wolf was my rep when we lived in Virginia—He was a turd then, and he’s a turd now.

That Congressman reminded me of the cartoon character, Foghorn Leghorn (Loony Tunes)

Wolf is a snake. He can't simply say that there are good earmarks, & bad earmarks, because he ultimately loses that argument. So, he proceeds to defend a “good” earmark, as if that proves earmarking is a good way to legislate.

In 2012, it will be time for him to retire. The man is obviously a shyster lawyer. They are the only class of people who speak this way & think it legitimate.

I would have tossed him from the show had I been Cavuto. He has a responsibility to control the interview, not letting the speaker just ramble to avoid answering a hard question (for him).
