The point isn’t to remove the fraudster, but to prevent him from running in 2012. We are stuck with him for another 2 years. He will still do a lot more damage, but at least we can stop him and limit him.
The “point” is useless without a mechanism!
Citing a the Constitution or any law, only means you have gripe.
It doesn’t provide a mechanism.
Fight his policies and quit wasting our credibility with this “go nowhere” stuff!
