The major reason most children have a hunger issue in the US is that the parents of those children have drug or alcohol problems.

The parents would rather smoke,drink or do drugs then buy food. Then they expect the tax payers to help them out with food stamps.

If one just buys the basic for food rice, beans ect one can have a full belly for cheap.
