George tiller practiced in Kansas where the laws differ. PA bans abortions after 24 weeks. This guy was not protected by the law; his abortions were illegal.

I could be wrong but I thought a federal law requires infants born alive to medical treatment? Isn’t that why Pendergast in FL was arrested for an infant who was left to die in his clinic?

Pendergast's punishment....suspension of his license for a year, and a 10K fine (4th time suspension)!..

I bet he's really worried....sarc!.

..which means after that year he is free to continue practicing butchery in Florida.....(if I understand correctly--and I probably do)

Life has become cheap & unprotected even in our own country.)

He was (alleged) doing 3rd trimester abortions....(although supposedly illegal)---The authorities conveniently look the other way.

My point, and I do have one, is this type of criminality has been allowed for years and years and years....

...it's actually amazing that anyone is brought to justice.

Have you ever seen a 6 month gestational baby that's been thrown away in a garbage bin behind an abortuary?...

..I have....many years ago....and it took that to rend my heart & have an awareness of what abortion is.

My own little granddaughter....very much wanted.....was only 3-1/2 weeks older than the 'so called legal' 24 weeks....because of a complication during my daughter's pregnancy.

She weighed in at 2-1/2 pounds and is now a very bright, very loving, beautiful 6 year old.

Corporately, our nation will & maybe is even now, answering for the 52 million babies allowed to be killed.
