I( believe the currecnt "ooficers" are being taught in training and by their buddies to NEVER BACK DOWN,NEVER RETREAT.There are plenty of situations that could be solved without violence but the cop too often arrives and immediately TAKES CHARGE without regard to what is going on.

It is all about egos and control ,and people feeling all puffed up with their authority.

You would think the Soviet police state would be an object lesson in how not to run a nation but too many socialists are determined to impose their control regardless.
