I read the full 200+ Grand Jury report. It tool me two days as it was so gruesome and painful to read that I had to stop frequently to get the images and anger out of my mind.
The discovery of his abortion atrocities was “accidental”, only discovered when they raided him for running a pill mill. Even though he had been reported for poor sanitary practices, untrained medical staff and the maiming and death of patients and different agencies and investigators were disturbed over things they had seen in the past, no connection was made by all the agencies who had some knowledge of his practices and what connection was made was conveniently overlooked or dropped by prosecutors.

I do not think hell has a place hot enough for this man.

And our Constitution requires more than once that “no PERSON shall be deprived of life without due process.”

Unfortunately for the babies, the Supreme Court has declared that though the fetus is human, it is not a person.

The leadership of the Republican party, is not conservative, they are more like a Progressive. Bob Dole was asked about the abortion plank in the Platform, he said he didn't care what was in it, no one pays any attention to it anyway.

Rush regularly talks about the intelligentsia in the Party always ragging on him about those nutty Christians, and their Anti-Abortion position.

These babies were born, the whole baby was out. They were breathing, at least one cried. One was seen flailing in a toilet where the mother had delivered it. The staff member said it looked like it was trying to swim. An assistant described playing with the little grasping hands of another for 20 minutes before the doctor KILLED it by severing its spinal column or slitting its throat.
I can’t remember which he did to this poor little one.

...the jurors said, “We think the reason no one acted is because the women in question were poor and of color, because the victims were infants without identities, and because the subject was the political football of abortion.”

It is a generally accepted axiom that whoever invokes a Hitler/Nazis camparison has the weaker argument.

Ouch! That's going to leave a mark!

I don’t know how anyone could read your post and not be brought to tears. Anyone who believes that they are “pro-choice” should read this heartbreaking story. I can’t imagine that even the hardest of hearts could be unaffected.

The link I saw had no graphic warning alert, which it definitely needed. It was the complete Grand Jury Report. It took me 2 days to read the report although I skipped paragraphs occasionally that I just could not stand to contemplate and there were pictures! Pictures of the babies! I would stop reading when I just could not fathom the evil and could not get the images out of my mind, but then would come back and read more.
I should have just skipped to the summary pages. I am sick that this man got away with these barbarous acts for all that time and that those babies suffered. Incredibly in the report it quotes an “abortion expert” who even admits that those babies experienced incredible pain.
I truly do not believe there is a place hot enough in hell for that monster.

I hear you! The pictures are so upsetting to me, it’s unbearable. The words alone are excruciating. I just don’t understand how this man was able to remain in business all this time. He seems inhuman. How did his staff tolerate this? I can’t imagine working in such a place, seeing this every day, taking money for what I did. It’s inconceivable.

And the most disgusting thing about all of this is that you hardly hear a word breathed about it on the news. It is hard to believe that there has been a news blackout about a story of massive brutal murder defined as such by all segments of society. This man is so disgusting as to cause all the mass murders of our times to pale in comparison and the media doesn't even consider it a story.

It is so unbelievable that our society on almost every level has because so hardened that they could possibly thing that this is not worth shock and horror and to be utterly abhorred. They go on and on and on about the killings of several people in Arizona but don't think that the death of precious innocent babies is worth hardly mentioning. The media is despicable and shameful beyond belief. I did not know that it had become this heartless. I am shocked and very dismayed.

Their own inspector saw the violations and did nothing.

I can't even guess at how many times I've heard of some clinic being closed down for shoddy bookkeeping, inappropriate prescribing of drugs, malpractice, unsanitary conditions, etc., and my first thought was that it was probably an abortion mill. It's always at the end of the story that they finally will say the name of the clinic, and it's always one of those deceptive names like "Women's Health Centers" that indicates what type of clinic it really is. I think that maybe once, the clinic was not an abortion mill.

Why is this story not under breaking news on FR? It is appalling but it is major news and should be for weeks.
