Sounds like Memphis is another city which needs the thermonuclear cure. Get the hell out before the quarantine.
At our ages it is hard to pull up roots, and try to find a home any where near the size of ours. If this were Cali or NY this home would go for half a Mil...we can’t get enough out to pay for a new one the same size. And we don’t want another house payment and more debt.
We are debt free except for the monthly stuff, insurance and taxes.
