It has been a full fledged attack day in and day out since Obama took office. From EVERY conceivable angle.
all the executive branch can do is appoint judges....after that, they have no control......the shooting of giffords, though sad and totally unnecessary, has created an opening on the federal court. A pro fence conservative judge was killed, and will be replaced by a constitution ignoring flaming lib commie....the real power is in the judiciary, and the house has control...all they need to do is their jobs
