So does he realize that? Is he full of self-loathing to the degree that he's sorry that didn't happen, and wants to make sure any child in a similar situation is killed? Did his mother raise him to believe he made her life miserable, and so he's in some sense "doing this for her"?
Whatever it is, the man is morally and probably also mentally sick, sick, sick.

The Associated Press, in their characteristically shrewd style, decides to say that Zero “marked” rather than “celebrated” a badly reasoned USSC decision that sanctions the vivisection killing of a live, unsedated, late-term, viable baby with tongs, scalpels and autopsy shears, but only if some of the baby (say, a little foot) is still in the birth canal.
And this monkey has the audacity to call itself a Christian?
Man, this guy needs to be defeated in ‘12.
My dream is that the Republican nominee in '12, whoever he(or SHE) is, will constantly mention the house of horrors in Philly, will remind people what goes in abortion "clinics", and will demand that every single place that has so called "safe and legal" abortion needs to be inspected. Because we all know that there are hundreds of places all over this country that do what the Philly monster did, but the left and the liberal media keep it covered up.

I have no idea as to the context of these lines, but my interpretation is that Santorum was comparing the high rate of abortion among Blacks 60%, to the 3/5 compromise.
The Democrats were all over the news complaining that the Republicans were trying to hide the fact that the founders wanted to count Blacks as 3/5 of a person. That wasn't really the case. The intention of the 3/5 compromise was to only give 3/5 of the Black population representation.
Today's Democrats have found a way to reduce the Black population by 3/5 in reality through abortion, killing off 3/5 of the Black population before they are born. That was, after all the original intent of Margaret Sanger when she lobbied for legalizing abortion, to reduce the Black population.
