Reason Obama will not release birth certificate is because his name is legally written “Barry Soetoro” on it

And, if so, Barry is guilty of violating the law when he swore that he had never had or been known by any other name than Barack Hussein Obama.

Now, if this theory is true..it is a provable, straight up forgery, which is a felony.
