You can see the image split very clearly here. The "lei" is a photoshoppped clone of the woman's dress pattern. It's cute, but obvious.

thanks, I agree, so the lei are there to conceal that the girl has her arm around the person with the fake lei, and also to conceal where the head of the kenyan has been added.
