The site talks about a request for bc issued from 1911 to 1972, however these don't seem as if they would cover six decades. It appears to cover only a year because there are so few children born with those last names. If it covered six decades, then it would have mulitple entries of kids, grandkids, and greatgrand kids and various siblings and cousins with the same last names. Does anyone know what year or years they cover?

I believe it was the Post & e-mail website that requested and obtained the index. I glanced through the article again, but can’t find where it explicitly identifies the period the index relates to.
