It would be interesting if any Occidental or Columbia grads have alumni directories and could look him up and see which name was listed. Current directories will have been scrubbed, but older directories may have the info.
By the time he applied to Columbia he may have settled on ‘Barack Hussein Obama Jr’. Occidental’s records would be more interesting, and most interesting of all is his BC. Everyone who hears the basic facts—with a couple of high profile exceptions—knows there is something fundamentally amiss with it. Listing his name as ‘Barry Soetoro’ is almost a given. I wonder what else about it would be embarrassing, or worse, to the so-called Obama.

Can we suppose that certain political operatives contacted EVERY person in those schools and somehow bought/stole/acquired EVERY copy?
I don’t think he graduated from Occidential, but you are on track-how about a student/faculty directory? Somewhere, somebody has a list of students with Obama’s name on it-whether it is Obama or Sorento will prove interesting.
Obama worked for Sidley and Austin (law firm) in Chicago. The was after the 1986 law was passed, so he would have had to proven that he eligible to work in the US. People should look into this.
