Supreme Court Justice Alito Plans To Skip Next State of the Union Address (Note the Date)

Since I couldn't find any new information upon searching, I can only assume he stills plans to sit this thing out.

Let the Marxists appointed by Clintoon and BO show up, but the conservatives should stay away. The attack on the SCOTUS by this -resident should not go unanswered.

Have you heard, Daniel Hernandez of Tuscon fame plans to sit next to Michelle Ma Belle.

You gotta know where this whole thing is going.

I'm guessing that the reviews have already been written.

One thing I’ll say in Hernandez’ favor - when he addresses a campaign rally crowd, he does so without the aid of two teleprompters.

Thanks. I missed The Hill article, but here's the pertinent information:

The Supreme Court’s public information office told The Hill it “could not yet confirm which justices might be attending.”

In order to help Michelle Obama promote a healthy lifestyle I propose we change the Obama SOTU drinking game from taking shot whenever he says civility, or investment to eating a celery stick.

I’ll go out on limb and say all 9 might be attending or might not be attending.

The SC judges were put into an awkward situation during the last speech. Legislating via the executive branch or by putting in czars to promote the socialist agenda only serves to demean the value of the legislative and judicial branches of the government. I hope that Megyn is correct and that many of them will sit it out. I also hope that the news media ends up having to report on it.
