We’ve all spent a lot of time speculating on what might have happened. From a legal standpoint, we have to go by what the records actually show. Right now the HDOH, Fukino, and Abercrombie have made so many conflicting statements and have broken so many laws and rules, that the only solid way to even start on the question of Obama’s story is to look at the transaction logs for his records. When did his name of Barack Hussein Obama II first show up in the records, and what is the history of that record?
Congress is not going to investigate this. Federal law enforcement under Eric Holder is not going to investigate this. State AG’s will only investigate it if forced to do so.
So what we need to do is force those transaction logs to be disclosed so the origin of the birth and citizenship claims can be tracked and we can know where the identity of Barack Hussein Obama II ever came from.

If we ever want to get sure answers, that is what we need to do. I’ve spent a lot of time being a “vexatious requestor” and at the end of all of it, all I can say is that IF THE HDOH HAS BEEN TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE, then ..... At some point we have to find out if the HDOH has been truthful and accurate. That’s going to have to come through a state eligibility law that requires the provenance of the birth and citizenship records to be disclosed.

There is no doubt, that with the sudden and intense renewed interest in this scandal, the detractors who want this issue to go away would love for all of us to believe that the issue is as innocent as Obama simply changing his name back to his actual birth name, but not filing the form to dot the I’s and cross the T’s to reflect this.....MYSTERY NOT SOLVED.
