Section three of the Twentieth amendment COMMANDS them, Congress, to confirm that a President-elect meets eligibility qualifications or they, Congress, must name an interim President. This is not a question they can legally avoid as to do so breaks their oaths of office to "support this Constitution". I don't think it was done. All are Traitors. Every one of them, including those newly elected who refuse to deal with this issue.

There's been a lot of this going on in the last few decades. Any "don't deport," amnesty advocate is guilty of this. Bush, McCain, and most democrats broke their oath to the Constitution.
