Picking winners and losers = Crony Capitalism.
Targeted investments in vote infrastructure: Unions, ACORN-like community groups, National Lawyers Guild, Planned Parenthood. The core infrastructure of our nation.

Translation of Obama:
I’m going to give taxpayer dollars to incompetent corporate executives

They’ll hire some folks for “green jobs”, I’ll get to give rah-rah
campaign speeches at the new factories.
And come the next election, the corporate suits will kick back billions
of their taxpayer funds to my second presidential campaign fund.
Sweet!!!
