FWIW, Bush had an extremely bad record of brooming clintonoids and assorted leftists out of the various agencies when he became POTUS. He left a lot of bad actors in place. And the State Department has always been a cesspit of liberals, which no Republican has ever been able to clean out. Eisenhower tried, way back when, and admitted failure. It's only gotten worse.
Same with the CIA and the FBI.
Obama was a junior senator supported by the Chicago Mafia, being groomed for power.
