Sorry, no case if your olive pit came from a can of pitted olives someone in your house bought and served, because all cans of all pitted olives, fruits, etc. have a anti-lawsuit label warning that olives, fruits, etc. may still have the pits.
I guess the wrappers of all foods containing a pitted olive will now have to have the same label printed on them. It will be called the “Dennis Kucinich” label amongst those in the industry affected by this.
