Rogle, I threw this comment in to my post but it may be wishful thinking as I haven't heard whether the legislature is going to take any action. Have you heard any rumblings?

No I have not heard any rumblings in reference to regulations. My gut feeling is if there were depending on what the leaning of such legislation it would not go anywhere. Best bet is that the new EIB undo what has been done.
