I am shocked that Obama hasn’t faked one up and planted it in the records by now. He has all the power of the White House and all the billions of Soros behind him. A fake BC should be a no brainer.
The problem is that these birth certificates are numbered according to the date and time of birth. No two people can have the same number. It is impossible to fake because of the number on the certificate.
